Hey solution builders, hackers, and automators! 👨🏽‍💻👩‍💻

Over the last couple of months, I have had over four teams automate manual tasks using the alpha version of Glassbox. After getting tons of great feedback, I finally want to release the beta version for other teams to try out.

Just last week, we surpassed 250+ tasks created in Glassbox! 😃

So, what does this mean? Any of the tasks in Glassbox would take a person anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour to complete. The teams using the alpha version have been able to save anywhere from 20 hours to around ten days of manual work. In the grand scheme of things, this is a small feat, but I am excited nevertheless. 🥳

Who is this for? The teams using this right now belong to support, services, launch, and customer success teams in technology and product companies. However, if you are excited about building custom automation workflows for you and your teams, I can guarantee Glassbox will be a great fit!

How does this even work? I am glad you asked. To people who have not used Ruby or other programming languages, it's hard to communicate how a tool like Glassbox even works or how it can be integrated into their lives. So what better way to show this than with the help of a video (see above ☝️). 📹

This is great and all, but I don't code. 🤷‍♂️ That's fine! If you already know how to code, you are going to find building these modules a lot easier. If not, this is where I come in. I will make sure I can help you get set up with the code modules and also release courses and tips in the future to help you start building. Once you are set up with code modules, your team can easily create tasks without any knowledge of programming languages. 🤩
